dc.description.abstract	David P. Skeggs was selected to chair the Youngstown College Art Department. Skeggs had exhibited his work at more than twenty-five galleries and won many awards. He was the son of the late Leonard T. Skeggs who, as head of the Youngstown YMCA, played a major role in the establishment of Youngstown College.	en_US
