dc.description.abstract	"The images that cover the Memory Coat are some of the most recognized landmarks and symbols of Youngstown's past. The circular base also includes symbols of some important moments in our city's timeline, including the discovery of Youngstown in 1796, our city's bicentennial in 1996, and Youngstown 2010, the vision for our future." Bob Barko Jr. is a lifelong resident of Mahoning Valley, and a YSU grad. He is the founder of Steel Town Studios Gallery and Shoppe, where his artwork and collection of memorabilia are displayed in downtown Youngstown. An active participant in many community-oriented endeavors, he is also the creator of over 100 Pete the Penguin Fire Hydrants. Bob is a believer in a shining future for Youngstown.	en_US
