dc.description.abstract	"This penguin represents one of the region's favorite football teams and depicts a player in full uniform, including shoulder pads, ready to run the ball. PENGWIN features official Brown's uniform components, including football helmet, jersey, pants, and NFL ball--resulting in the ultimate collector piece." Chuck Dill is a painter and sculptor whose primary interests include wood carving in the folk art style, relief carving, and painting on slate and stone. He has been involved in several regional public art exhibits, including Erie, PA's "Go Fish," Cleveland's "Guitar Mania," and Pittsburgh's "Dinomite Days." His work is featured in numerous juried art exhibitions and represented at several galleries.	en_US
