dc.description.abstract	"Winds of Change symbolizes the change that will take place in Youngstown with the implementation of Vision 2010. The brass swirl that wraps around the penguin represents wind. Wind, though it can be destructive, also brings a new start. In nature and in life, there must be change; without it, there is no growth. Thus, Winds of Change represents a change of direction and Youngstown's positive movement toward the future." Kate Mihaly Butler is a graduate of Ursuline High School. She currently attends the Art Institute of Pittsburgh studying animation and graphic design. Through her art, she tries to capture the splendor of simple things--the movement of a hand, the wrinkles on a smiling face, the blowing of the wind.	en_US
