"YSU trustees approved a $131.76 million fiscal year 2004 university budget during a busy June board meeting that also included actions on a new contract for professional and administrative employees and new names for the graduate school and the campus police station. Board members also discussed the design of the new student recreation and wellness center and the future of the university bookstore, and they named Dr. Chander M.
