dc.description.abstract	"YSU trustees heard positive news on enrollment, faculty and staff grant activity, the university's financial status, and fund-raising efforts during quarterly meetings in September. The board also discussed the future management of the bookstore and learned more about plans for the Youngstown Early College proposal for the campus. Millicent C. Counts was sworn in as a new trustee, and Charity Ann Pappas took the oath as the newest student member of the board." Includes a summary of actions taken by the board during committee meetings held on September 10 and 11 and the full meeting of the board on September 24.	en_US
