dc.description.abstract	Dean Smith presided in the absence of President Jones. Mr. Behen reported on the Constitution and Bylaws committee. Dean Smith reported that the Curriculum Committee and Academic Standards Committee have been discussing a proposal to handle freshman who rank in the lower third of their high school classes. Dean Smith read a letter telling of the awards received by the Circle K Club at their recent State Convention in Delaware, Ohio. Permits for registration will be issued April 11 along with instructions for taking the Selective Service Qualifications Test.
