dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. The Constitution and Bylaws Committee announced it will have open hearings soon to get input from the faculty about changes they would like to see the committee consider. The Executive Committee of the Senate reported on establishing an Ah Hoc Committee to look into the course offerings in the Catalog and class sizes. Mr. Jack Foster reported on the Council of Continuing Education and operations within the Technical and Community College. The Faculty Affairs Committee gave their recommendations for the term "One-year of Service." The Special Events Subcommittee reported on the selection and cost of speakers for the 1970-1971 academic year.
