dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. Mr. John Boland reported on the Constitution and Bylaws committee. Discussion about tenure proceeded. Dr. Irwin Cohen reported on the Senate Council. Elections for the Senate will be held in April. Dr. Philip J. Hahn reported to the senate on the Faculty Advisory Committee of the Ohio Board of Regents. John Ulicney gave a report on Alumni Affairs with concerns for an Alumni Organization, Fund Raising and Publications. A report is given by Dr. Sidney Roberts on the Special Lecture Series Committee. Thelma Miner reports on the Curriculum committee. President Pugsley remarked on: House Bill #129 (bond issue), the wording of "Associate" instead of "title," the expansion of the Student Center and the status of Civil Service positions on campus.
