dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. Dr. Irwin Cohen reports on the Senate Council and the recommendation for student representation on some of the standing committees. Dr. Earl E. Edgar, Dean of the Graduate School, gave a report on the school. Plans are in line to have a Masters program offered by next fall. A committee on the organization of the Graduate school is established. Students are concerned about being worked harder in the quarter system than semester system. Attempts are made to utilize space. Homecoming Weekend is discussed.
