dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided calling a special meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the planning services provided by the architectural firm Caudill, Rowlett,Scott (Houston, Texas). Members of this firm were present and explained to Senate members the scope of the project and procedures for the campus master plan.
