dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. Nominees for the Constitution and Bylaws Committee are announced. The Executive Committee reported on establishing a Committee to deal with the problems of Parking and Traffic Control. The committee also reported on the change of personnel in the Standing Committees for the 1970-1971 academic year. The Academic Affairs Committee reported on the number of quarter hours required to be completed to receive a degree.
