dc.description.abstract	Vice President Earl E. Edgar presided. The Faculty Affairs Committee reported on proposed amendments. The Health and Safety Committee reported on accident reports, tuberculosis mobile X-ray program, emergency lights, blood bank, construction areas and cigarette vending machines. The Library Committee reported on library budget, overdue books drawn by faculty members and the problem of space.
