dc.description.abstract	Chairman Clyde Vanaman presided. The Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on editorial changes for the proposed Charter and Bylaws revisions. The Executive Committee announced the administrative appointments to the advisory committees and reported on the lack of representation on the Ohio Faculty Senate. The Curriculum Committee reported on course changes. Discussion continued on the Arts and Sciences special committee studying the foreign language requirement.
