dc.description.abstract	Dr. Rost, Chairman, presided. Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on proposed changes to the Charter and Bylaws, specifically to Bylaws 6. Senate Executive Committee reported on the University Picture Directory, referring the IRS Tax Reform Act to Academic Planning Committee, and considering a restructuring for the Senate. Dr. M. Beaubien reported on Governor Celeste's "State of the State" address.
