dc.description.abstract	Dr. Rost, Chairman, presided. The Senate Executive Committee reported that all appointments and recommendations for Senate and Administrative Committees have been made. The President has asked for recommendations for two individuals to serve on a Task Force to examine Sexism in Communication. The Elections and Balloting Committee reported on nominations for Chairperson of the Senate and nominations for the Charter and Bylaws committee. Dr. Esterly reported on the The Bicentennial of the Constitution Commemoration. P. Peterson reported on Academics and Athletics. Dr. F. Tarantine was introduced as the new NCAA faculty representative.
