dc.description.abstract	Dr. Jenkins, Chair, presided. The Senate Executive Committee reported on a list of questions for consideration for the presidential search. The committee also reported on appointments to fill vacancies in the Senate. Chair Jenkins reported that the Academic Planning Committee is continuing the process of working on a Strategic Plan Document. The Library and Media Services Committee reported on a policy on archival records dealing with University sponsored events. Academic Programs Subcommittee passed a motion on ICP policies and procedures and asked for clarification of "Minor" for Interdisciplinary Major. Dr. Rost reported on the Faculty Advisory Committee to the Chancellor.
