dc.description.abstract	Dr. Jenkins, Chair, presided. No one volunteered to serve as parliamentarian so the Chair will function in both capacities. The Senate Executive Committee reported that a new president (Dr. Leslie Cochran) for the university was selected, and concern over the financial crisis. A motioned was passed to create an Advisory Panel. The Curriculum and Programs Divisions reported for informational purposes only. The Student Academic Affairs Committee motioned to adopt revisions of the Undergraduate Student Academic Grievance Procedure.
