dc.description.abstract	Dr. Jenkins, Chair, presided. President Cochran made a few remarks and discussed general themes including : Academic Planning, Program Development, General Education Program, Excellence and Standards, Outcomes Assessment -Program Based, International Opportunities, Two-Year programs, and Academic Structure. Nominations were taken for Chair of Academic Senate and for members of the Charter and Bylaws Committee. The Senate Executive Committee reported on committee replacements and errors on the list of appointments to Administrative Committees.
