dc.description.abstract	Jim Morrison, Chair, presided. Major topics presented and discussed are the semester conversion and the general education requirements. No policy changes took place. Elections and Balloting Committee took nominations for chair of the Senate,and for new members of the Charter and Bylaws Committee.
