dc.description.abstract Jim Morrison, Chair, presided. The Senate Executive Committee reported it will soon fill positions created by resignations and it has received the preliminary report on the closing of Lincoln Avenue and will review it. The Faculty Advisory Committee to the Chancellor reported on changes in higher education, technology changing education, funding and the Ohio Master Plan. The Assistant Provost, Janice Elias, reported on the North Central Reaccreditation Self-Study. The General Education Requirements Committee reported it will have projected models out to the deans and the Deans' Advisory Council within the next month. The Ad Hoc Committee on Institutional Ethics reported it had reviewed proposals from other universities and organizations and hopes to have a a draft for the Senate to review by May.
