dc.description.abstract	Jim Morrison, chair of the Academic Senate, presided. Resumption of discussion of General Education motions continued. The Senate Executive Committee reported on filled vacancies. The Charter and Bylaws Committee announced it will propose a Bylaws change clarifying the "interface" of the Academic Standards Committee and the General Education Committee at the next meeting. The Library Committee reported it is working on adopting the Yankee Book Peddler plan.
