dc.description.abstract	Presented are the agenda and minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of Youngstown State University on October 31, 1950. Highlights include: Enrollment figures; A report on the faculty, including a list of new instructors; a discussion on college draft deferments under Selective Service law; the admission of Youngstown College to the Association of Urban Universities; a proposed constitution for the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges; status on the search for a permanent dean of the Rayen School of Engineering; report on YoCo’s newly-activated Army ROTC unit; plans for the use and renovation of Pollock Hall (sic); and a report on job placement by the YoCo Placement Office. Finally, the report of the Auditors was submitted to the Trustees.	en_US
