dc.description.abstract	Presented are the agenda and minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of Youngstown College on March 15, 1948. Highlights include: the enrollment report; the need for a faculty member each in psychology, business administration, and physics; the remodeling of the auditorium; the initial payment for the Clark property; the appointment of a Roman Catholic and a Protestant Chaplain; and the creation of a cafeteria. The Financial Report was then submitted.	en_US
