dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of Youngstown College on June 17, 1944. This was a special meeting. General Marlin of the U.S. Army explained the problems returning veterans would be experiencing and programs to deal with these (chiefly through the Veterans Administration). A twenty-year lease for the College’s occupation of the old Rayen School building was approved “in substance.”	en_US
