dc.description.abstract	Presented are the agenda and minutes of the meeting of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College on June 2, 1943. Enrollment continued to drop, due to the war. The Aviation Program had 118 trainees in the Link Instrument Program. YoCo was to be considered to become a part of the Army Basic Program. The need for accreditation through the North Central Association was stressed in the wake of recent remarks from two inspectors. The financial report was included.	en_US
