dc.description.abstract	Presented is the agenda of the meeting of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College on November 6, 1942. Enrollment figures were presented to the Board. Ten naval cadets were assigned to Youngstown College for flight training (this evolved from the previous Civilian Pilot Training or C.P.T.). A new Tenure of Office was adopted unanimously by the faculty. President Howard Jones represented YoCo at the Association of American Colleges meeting in Philadelphia. The Board recommended that Youngstown College seek membership with the American Council on Education. The Friends of the Youngstown College Library had been raising $5,000/year and now had $38,614.97 on deposit. YoCo continued to offer defense-related courses. 88 girls and 193 boys were enrolled in physical education classes.	en_US
