dc.description.abstract	Presented is the agenda of the meeting of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College on June 4, 1940. The financial report was attached. The barn at the rear of 416 Wick Avenue was to be renovated to house a new engineering laboratory, with equipment being donated by the Youngstown Sheet & Tube Company. The nominating committee reported on the election of officers. The Butler Institute of American Art granted a limited traffic easement to Youngstown College students. The Planning Committee reported. The Board approved a list of candidates for graduation.	en_US
