dc.description.abstract	Presented is the agenda of the meeting of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College on June 5, 1939. The Board approved candidates for degrees and certificates. The Business and Secretarial School moved into its new quarters at 416 Wick Avenue. Dr. J.E. Smith was appointed Dean of Men. Board members were invited to commencement ceremonies. The chairman of the Friends of the Youngstown College Library Association reported to the Board. The football schedule for 1939 was announced. The financial report was attached.	en_US
