dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College on October 22, 1935. Discussed were the financial statements, the budget for 1935-1936, enrollment figures, and faculty appointments. The inadequacy of the YoCo library was stressed. Scholarship money was granted to 77 students, and Youngstown College was invited to participate in the inauguration of the new President of Ohio University, Herman G. James, on November 16, 1935.	en_US
