dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the annual meeting of the members of the corporation of Youngstown College held on March 20, 1951. During the meeting, Chairman James Wick compared the construction of the main building with that of the new library, then opened the floor to nominations for candidates to fill vacancies on the Board.
