Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 7th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. The Community College committee reported on the status of the establishment of the institution, which would be run solely by YSU. An architectural firm was hired to design the building. The President announced that YSU had filed an application to use UHF channel 45 as an educational TV station.
