This was the first regular meeting held by the Board since the University became a state-supported institution. Items addressed included: The election of Board officers; the approval of bylaws and regulations; the appointment of the University President; the approval of fee and tuition schedules; the approval of an interim transition agreement; the authorization of graduate-level work; the appointment of standing committees; and the salary budget. en_US
