Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 10th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items discussed included: modifications to the Faculty Senate and Student Council; the creation of the position of Vice President for Financial Affairs; the adoption of the proposed operating budget for 1969/70; discussion of a Juris Doctor degree; funding of a YSU educational TV station; the student discipline code; the appointment of an architect for the arboretum building; Spring quarter enrollment drops; the financing of Beeghly Center, and commencement. Committee reports followed.
