Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 13th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items discussed included: the allocation of reserve funds to cover cost overruns in the construction of the Beeghly Physical Education building; Urban Renewal Project Three; the State Instructional Grants program; a State Master Plan study; and Ohio Faculty Senate membership. Committee reports followed.
