Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 17th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items discussed included: an honorary degree approved for Nathaniel R. Jones; proposed resolution to facilities to be financed by the State; proposed resolution to approve the Campus Master Plan; Proposed resolution to create a master’s degree in Economics; new parking fees; and committee reports.
