Abstract

Presented are the minutes of the 20th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items discussed included: the adoption of the operating budget for 1971-72; the correction of Resolution YR 1971-16; the expansion of programs leading to the degree “Master of Science” in Criminal Justice; the expansion of the degree “Master of Engineering” to included “Management Engineering”; the amplification of Trustee regulation Section 19 (Leave of Absence); the administration of academic records; the establishment of the George M. Wilcox Curriculum Materials Center; OBOR recommendations on capital improvements; University Senate actions; ruling of the 5th District Court; report on educational TV; and a change of date for Spring Commencement.
