dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 29th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights included: approval of updated faculty constitution; fee for diagnostic services provided by Elementary Education Reading Specialist Program; new programs in the department of Department of Engineeering Technology; the remodeling of Kilcawley Center; status report on the Educational Television Consortium; the new head football coach; greetings to football coach Dwight V. “Dike” Beede from the Ohio Senate on the occasion of his retirement.	en_US
