dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 74th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. After emerging from executive session, the Board authorized the President to temporarily extend employee benefits prior to the reaching of a tentative agreement with OCSEA. In addition, the composition of standing committee was announced.	en_US
