dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 79th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: Resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to YSU, approval of promotions in academic rank, to confer an honorary degree upon Harry J. Bolwell and Mary B. Smith, and to grant faculty improvement leaves to Dr. Barbara Brothers and Mrs. Virginia Phillips. The President’s and other executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
