dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 65th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: Resolutions approving faculty/staff appointments to permit the President to enter into discussions with the Research Corporation, and to receive $7,400 from EDATA. President Coffelt reported on Winter 1979 enrollment, student retention, faculty tenure, problems with the state subsidy, a new OBOR Chancellor, the status of educational television, and the appointment of a provost and dean to NEOUCOM. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
