Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 90th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU, to extend promotions in academic rank. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. The Board entered into executive session to discuss a personnel matter. Afterward, the Board passed a resolution to amend the agreement between the University and OCSEA, to rename the Board’s caucus room in Tod Hall after Hugh W. Manchester, and others.
