dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 132nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. After meeting in executive session, the Board voted to reject a fact-finder’s recommendation for an agreement with YSU-OEA. In a further resolution, the Board voted to extend the previous contract with YSU-OEA through December 31, 1989.	en_US
