dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 139th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve staff/faculty appointments, to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. The Board further resolved: to adopt a budget for Athletics Facilities Concessions; to ratify a tentative agreement with YSU-NOPBA; to increase the salaries of police sergeants, dispatchers, and intermittent employees; and to set parameters for three-year contracts pertaining to the Monus Professor of Entrepreneurship position. Also, the Board went into executive session for a time to discuss a personnel matter.	en_US
