dc.description.abstract	Senate Chairperson Chet Cooper presided. The Senate Executive Committee reported on senate vacancies, the Professional Conduct Committee, and two new appointments to made to the Executive Committee. The University Outreach Committee recommend that the committee be abolished because its mission no longer fits properly into the University's organizational structure. The Library Committee reported that OhioLink is suffering from budget cuts with a shortfall of about $6.5 million. In New Business, the Ad Hoc Committee on Document Management reported.
