dc.description.abstract The Forensic Scence Club attended the American Academy of Forensic Sciences' conference in Washington, D.C. YSU PD unveils idea for a cutting edge security app which can pinpoint a student's location and connect him or her to YSU Police dispatch. Events for Women's history month are listed. YSU Office of Alumni and Events along with the Skeggs Lecture Series bring journalism legend, Bob Woodward, to Youngstown. YSU police officers attended training to take the offensive against potential threats on campus. Article features YSU's director of bands, Dr. Stephen Gage. Nontradtion student Roberta Cykon received the Trumbull County Community Star Award for her volunteer work. Former Marine, Nate Cox, is recruited to lead the YSU football team defense.
