dc.description.abstract	The University launches the "YSU Alert," a new text messaging and email emergency alert system. Tod Hall renovations begin. The Health care debate on campus continues. Reports show students are taking longer to graduate. Local eateries are featured. YSU Theater presents "Around the World in 80 Days." The Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley is featured.
