dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 165th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on April 8, 1994. This was a special meeting. The Board moved: to amend the March 25, 1994 resolution authorizing the sale of bonds for the construction of the Residential Honors Facility and the refunding of the 1989 bond issue; to ratify the YSU-OPBA labor agreement; and to extend benefits to exempt classified civil service members of the YSU Police.	en_US
