dc.description.abstract Article features YSU assistant professor of photography, Stehpen Chalmers. Valley politician, James Trafficant, passed away on September 27 after being critically injured in a farming accident. Open Hack Night, an event sponsored by Code Youngstown, united software developers and engineers, computer coders and computer programmers at the Erie Terminal Building in downtown Youngstown. The Williamson College of Business Administration has been awarded a $150,000 grant from the Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation. YSU held the opening ceremonies for the new Veterans Resource Center on Wick Avenue. Dental Hygiene students will clean teeth for free. Best-selling author, Cinda Williams Chima, pays a visit to YSU. Sports features articles on the men's golf team and Jackie Podolsky, the goalkeeper of the YSU women's soccer team. en_US
