Abstract:
Senate Chair Chet Cooper presided. The General Education Committee gave an informational report. Several items were addressed under new Business. Tammy King and Kevin Ball gave a presentation about the Prior Learning Assessment. Ken Schindler gave a report on IT Issues on campus specifically piloting Sakai and securing computer data. Interim Provost Martin Abraham addressed the Senate and discussed enrollment, strengthening the Honors Program, and enhancing the student experience.
